NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel-silicon oxide/graphene nanotubes composite material involves (s1) adding magnetic nickel nanotubes in mixed solution of water and alcohol, adding aqueous ammonia, uniformly mixing, adding tetraethyl orthosilicate, and stirring to react to obtain nickel-silicon oxide composite nanotubes, and (s2) dispersing nickel-silicon oxide composite nanotubes in graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding aqueous ammonia and hydrazine hydrate, and stirring and reacting. USE - Preparation of nickel-silicon oxide/graphene nanotubes composite material used in magnetic solid-phase extraction of organophosphorus pesticides (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material can be used for magnetic solid-phase micro-extraction and enrichment of monothiophosphate organic pesticides in deionized water, tap water and environmental water, and realizes trace analysis of gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GCMS), which can be used for public security trace detection and judicial identification. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of nickel-silicon oxide/graphene nanotubes composite material in magnetic solid-phase extraction of organophosphorus pesticides.
