NOVELTY - Aqueous epoxy heavy anticorrosive paint comprises 15-30 pts. wt. waterborne epoxy emulsion a1, 15-30 pts. wt. waterborne epoxy emulsion a2, 1-10 pts. wt. aluminum phosphate, 1-10 pts. wt. mica powder, 1-2 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1 -5 pts. wt. pigments, 11.2-31.5 pts. wt. first combination of functional additives, 0.4-7.5 pts. wt. second combination of functional additives, 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water as component A, and water-based super chemical-resistant epoxy curing agent as component B. The modified graphene is prepared by exfoliating graphene in an aqueous solution of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium cholate ionic liquid. USE - The aqueous epoxy heavy anticorrosive paint is useful in public places, deck of ship, workshop ground, train roof and air conditioner. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous epoxy heavy anti-corrosion paint utilizes the modified graphene that has better dispersion effect in the paint, has excellent heat conductivity, and can make the paint quickly adapt to the environment, ensures the service life of the paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aqueous epoxy heavy-duty anticorrosive paint comprising (i) mixing aluminum phosphate, mica powder, pigment, the first combination of functional additives, and deionized water, and dispersing at a rotational speed of 800-1000 rotations/minute (rpm) for 30-50 minutes, and controlling the dispersion temperature within the range of 20-30℃, (ii) transferring uniformly dispersed material to a sand mill and sanded to a fineness of ≤50 μm, (iii) slowly adding water-based epoxy emulsion a1, water-based epoxy emulsion a2, and the second combined functional auxiliary to the sand-milled and refined material, and mixing uniformly at a rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm, and (iv) slowly adding modified graphene in the material that is mixed well, mixing uniformly to obtain A component under the rotating speed of 800-1000 (rpm), (v) uniformly mixing component A and the B component.
