NOVELTY - Preparing a doped reduced graphene oxide composite film involves dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid dropwise under stirring, obtaining by ultrasonic treatment a uniform stable graphene oxide dispersion solution, adding the aniline monomer to the graphene oxide dispersion solution, stirring well, adding an initiator to polymerize the aniline monomer to obtain a mixed solution, vacuum pumping the mixed solution to obtain a composite film, immersing the composite film obtained in a hydrothermal kettle, adding a dopant, performing a hydrothermal treatment to reduce and dope the graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing a doped reduced graphene oxide composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a flexible, stable and electrochemically good doped reduced graphene oxide composite film, which has broad application prospects in the energy field and other electronic devices.
