▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nano composite material comprises (i) dissolving di-indium trisulfide in ethanol and adding KH550, stirring, mixing, centrifuging the solid-liquid mixture, washing the solid twice with distilled water and absolute ethanol respectively and drying under vacuum; (ii) dissolving graphene oxide in distilled water, adding the solid obtained after sensitization, stirring and mixing to obtain solid-liquid mixture; and (iii) centrifuging the solid-liquid mixture, washing the solids respectively twice with distilled water and absolute ethanol, and drying under vacuum, where the method comprises using of diammonium trisulfide as a main catalyst, graphene oxide as carrier, a wrapping material and an auxiliary photocatalyst and the target compound of di-indium trisulfide-graphene oxide is prepared by sensitization, compounding and separation under room temperature and pressure. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids the destruction of oxygen-containing functional groups on graphene oxide by one-step hydrothermal method and protects its adsorption performance.
