NOVELTY - A composite material (1) comprises thermoplastic resin (2) containing carbon fiber (3) which has length of less than or equal to 20 mm, and graphene (4) dispersed in thermoplastic resin. USE - A composite material for motor vehicle components. ADVANTAGE - Composite material has high mechanical characteristic with high strength, favorable moldability, and reliability, as well as improved thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of composite material which involves making melted thermoplastic resin contain carbon fiber, mixing, making melted thermoplastic resin contain graphene, and mixing, where graphene kneading process is performed before carbon fiber kneading process.
