NOVELTY - A graphene network structure with nanometer three-dimensional noble metal composite catalyst preparing method involves mixing water dispersion and oxidized graphene of the polymer microsphere, chemical reduction, washing, drying. The polymer microsphere/graphene composite particle, noble metal precursor aqueous solution and ethylene glycol are mixed, forming a noble metal nanoparticles in the polymer microsphere/graphene composite particle surface followed by dispersing the obtained composite dispersing, taking quantitative liquid drops on electrode, drying to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing graphene network structure with nanometer three-dimensional noble metal composite catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene network structure with nanometer three-dimensional noble metal composite catalyst preparing method involves mixing water dispersion and oxidized graphene of the polymer microsphere after ultrasonic agitation, chemical reduction, washing, drying to obtain graphene coated polymeric microspheres of polymer microsphere/graphene composite particles, where the mass ratio of the macromolecular micro- balls and graphene is 100: 0.5-10, the grain diameter of the polymer microsphere is 0.5-500 microns. The polymer microsphere/graphene composite particle, noble metal precursor aqueous solution and ethylene glycol are mixed, forming a noble metal nanoparticles in the polymer microsphere/graphene composite particle surface through heat polyol reduction method, filtered after washing, and drying to obtain the polymer microsphere/graphene noble metal nanometer particle composite particles followed by dispersing the obtained polymer microsphere/graphene noble metal nanometer particle composite particles in solution with naphthol ethanol-water solution, taking quantitative liquid drops on the glassy carbon electrode, after natural drying, composite particle deposition, and stacked to form product.
