▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing monodomain liquid crystal elastomer smart fiber comprises pulling out liquid crystal elastomer fibers with uniform diameter from the polymer solution by the pulling method during the crosslinking process of liquid crystal elastomers, when the viscosity of the cross-linked polymer solution increases to the point where it can be drawn, heating by infrared lamps, filamentous liquid crystal elastomer fibers are formed, drying in natural air, removing the excess solvent inside the fiber, and carrying out stretching and collecting to obtain monodomain liquid crystal elastomer smart fibers. USE - The method is useful for preparing monodomain liquid crystal elastomer smart fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; has large scale industrial production; realizes the continuous preparation of high strength; breaks through the size of the existing LCEs, strength and driving performance limit; abandons photoinitiator curing process; is capable of realizing 55.6% of reversible telescopic performance; avoids the problem that the conductive LCE's material research nano conductive network doping and light curing process.
