NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene involves (1) preparing ethanol solution of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, (2) sieving expanded graphite, (3) dissolving expanded graphite in ethanol solution by magnetically stirring, (4) carrying out microwave treatment of expanded graphite for 5 minutes, (5) ultrasonically peeling in ice-bath, and (6) ultrasonically treating for 24 hours, centrifuging and performing dialysis treatment. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene with reduced structural defects and excellent electrical conductivity.
