▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide/ferroferric oxide/silicon dioxide composite material, involves (a) uniformly mixing graphene oxide dispersion, trivalent iron source and divalent iron source to obtain precursor solution, (b) ultrasonically treating the precursor solution, adding pH regulator and reacting to obtain black precipitate, and (c) mixing black precipitate, silicon source and organic solvent and reacting to obtain the composite material. USE - The graphene oxide/ferroferric oxide/silicon dioxide composite material is used in wave absorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the time required for reaction, improves the composite material yield, achieves the uniform distribution of ferroferric oxide, avoids the graphene oxide agglomeration, and is simple, suitable for large-scale industrial production and environmentally friendly using highly hazardous reducing agent such as hydrazine hydrate, and the obtained composite material has excellent wave absorbing performance.
