NOVELTY - Method for regulating and controlling the structure of carbon-supported platinum-copper alloy catalyst involves (s1) adding platinum/carbon powder in the copper salt aqueous solution and mixing, ultrasonically soaking for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixed solution, (s2) freezing to obtain mixed solid, and (s3) placing in nitrogen gas or nitrogen/hydrogen mixed gas, increasing temperature to 800-1000 ℃, carrying out constant-temperature heat treatment, and cooling in a nitrogen gas atmosphere. USE - Method for regulating and controlling structure of carbon-supported platinum-copper alloy catalyst used for forming positive electrode and negative electrode of proton exchange membrane fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to regulate and control carbon-supported platinum-copper alloy catalyst and provides the catalyst with crystal phase composition and multiformity of surface, to realize the control of disordered platinum-copper alloy into ordered platinum-copper alloys in the crystal phase of platinum-copper, and to control the formation of platinum-rich structure on the surface and platinum poor structure inside.
