▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon nitride-molybdenum disulfide van der Waals heterojunction composite material, comprises alternately intercalated multilayer molybdenum disulfide and multilayer carbon nitride, where half of the nitrogen atom in the carbon nitride are in the central position of the hexagon formed by the molybdenum atom and the sulfur atom, and the other half of the nitrogen atoms are in the middle position of the bond between the molybdenum atom and the sulfur atom. USE - The carbon nitride-molybdenum disulfide van der Waals heterojunction composite material is useful as cathode material of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has large Young's modulus and large in-plane rigidity, excellent relatively cycle stability, metal band structure with excellent electrical conductivity, and low lithium ion diffusion barrier; and can reach maximum specific capacity at 673 mA h g-1. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing carbon nitride-molybdenum disulfide van der Waals heterojunction composite material.
