NOVELTY - Aqueous waterproof membrane composition comprises 30-40 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate resin, 20-30 pts. wt. macromolecular silicone elastomer, 20-30 pts. wt. ultrafine graphene particle, 3-8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. carbon black, 3-8 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. polyacrylamide dispersant, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. organosilicone softening agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. aqueous cyanoacrylate connecting agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 5-15 pts. wt. lipid-based elastomer curing agent and 5-15 pts. wt. drying accelerator. USE - Used as aqueous waterproof membrane composition. ADVANTAGE - The membrane: has high strength, excellent flexibility, wear-resistant and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous waterproof membrane composition comprising (i) (ia) adding 30-40 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate resin into mixer, and stirring at a speed of 200 revolution/minute, then adding 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. surfactant, and stirring for 30 minutes, then adding 5 pts. wt. water and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide powder, and stirring for 30 minutes, (ib) adding 1-1.5 pts. wt. anti-settling agent into mixer, stirring at a speed to 800 revolution/minute for 10 minutes, then adding 20-30 pts. wt. ultrafine graphene particle, and stirring for 30 minutes, (ic) adding 3-8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. carbon black, 3-8 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. polyacrylamide dispersant, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. organosilicone softening agent and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. aqueous cyanoacrylate connecting agent into mixer, and stirring for 30 minutes until homogeneous, (id) grinding above mixture on a horizontal sander until the detection fineness is 10 mu m, and (ie) adding 20-30 pts. wt. macromolecular silicone elastomer into mixture having a fineness of 10 mu m, stirring, detecting, filtering and filling, (ii) adding equimolar ratios of acrylic acid and alicyclic amine into stirred vessel, and stirring at a speed of 200 revolution/minute for 6 hours to obtain lipid-based elastomer curing agent, then filtering, and filling, (iii) mixing the rubber vulcanized accelerator with water in a mass ratio of 4:1, stirring at a speed of 300 revolution/minute for 20 minutes, dissolving, and detecting to obtain liquid, then filtering, and filling, and (iv) mixing obtained three compositions of A, B and C in a mass ratio of 100:5-15:5-15 uniformly to obtain aqueous waterproof membrane composition.
