NOVELTY - Petroleum pipeline comprises 55-58 wt.% nitrile rubber, 8-10 wt.% fluorinerubber, 13-15 wt.% polyurethane resin, 6-8 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene, 2.5-4 wt.% methyl sodiumsilicate, 0.5-1 wt.% graphene, 1-2 wt.% titaniumdioxide and 0.5-2 wt.% alkyl sodium sulfonate. USE - Petroleum pipeline. ADVANTAGE - The petroleum pipeline has simple and convenient usage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a petroleum pipeline welding device, which comprises a Y-type pipe bracket (1), track (2) and awelding device, the welding device comprises a base(3), a supporting rod (4), the hot meltingmechanism and a clamping mechanism, the base (3)on the track (2) by horizontal sliding, thesupporting rod (4) of the bottom end and the topend of the base (3) is connected with the hot meltingmechanism and the clamping mechanism are fixedat the top end of the support rod (4), the hotmelting mechanism comprises a hot melting pipe(5), a fixing plate (6) is made of ceramic material,the heating wire and the rotating assembly is usedfor making the hot melting pipe (5) to rotate, lengthmiddle position of the hot melting pipe (5)connected on the fixing plate (6) through thebearing, the electric heating wire is installed to be inthe shape of ring with the heat melting pipe (5) isconnected with the clamping mechanism comprisesa left clamping plate (7) and the right splint (8), theleft clamping plate (7) and the right splint (8) arespliced and form clamping holes for fixing pipe.
