▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene compound involves inserting sulfuric acid between graphite layers, washing (S104) with an aqueous solution containing sulfate or an organic solvent, heating resultant product to form (S105) an expanded graphite, ultrasonically treating (S107) to form a peeled graphite layer and oxidizing. USE - Manufacture of graphene compound used for forming electrode during manufacture of secondary battery (claimed) for electro-optical device, semiconductor circuit and electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, economical, safe and efficient manufacture of graphene compound having excellent electroconductivity, physical properties, flexibility and mechanical strength. The graphene compound can be mass produced. The secondary battery provided with the electrode made of the graphene compound, is safe and has reduced thickness, suppressed increase in internal resistance, leakage of the electrolyte and generation of internal short circuit.
