▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene nanosheet hybrid flame retardant, is claimed. The hybrid flame retardant is compounded with a flame retardant from a graphene nanosheet mixture formed by exfoliation by ball milling and ionic liquid to help exfoliate graphite, and the flame retardant and ion liquid is obtained after ion exchange. The graphene nanosheets are graphene with controllable multilayer defects, and the defect density is represented by the I(D)/I(G) value of the Raman spectrum, and the I(D)/I(G )≤0.15; the ionic liquid is an ionic liquid with a surface energy of 40-50 mJ/m2; the flame retardant is type II ammonium polyphosphate, melamine phosphate or melamine polyphosphate. USE - The graphene nanosheet hybrid flame retardant is used to modify bismaleimide resin, phenolic resin or melamine formaldehyde resin. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nano-sheet hybrid fire retardant has efficient flame retardant, good water resistance, dielectric, and mechanical property characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of a graphene nanosheet hybrid flame retardant, comprising: (i) mixing graphite, ionic liquid and deionized water to obtain the premix; (ii) subjecting the premix to ball milling and exfoliation, and drying to obtain the intermediate product graphene nanosheet mixture; during ball milling and exfoliation, the rotating speed is 200-400 revolutions per minute, the ball milling time is 1-2 hours, and the ball material ratio is 1.45-0.98, ball milling bulk density MW is 19-22 g; and (iii) mixing the intermediate product with the flame retardant at a mass ratio of 1:7-11. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the graphene the nanometre sheet hybrid fire retardant. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
