▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesis of polyethylene wax-graphene modified polypropylene composite material involves (s1) dispersing acyl chloride graphene, phenyl phosphoryl bis-amino triazole and triethylamine into dichloromethane at 0-5℃, stirring and reacting, centrifugally separating, and washing to obtain aminophenylphosphoryl bis-triazole modified graphene, and (s2) placing polypropylene, 1-8% aminophenylphosphoryl bis-triazole modified graphene and 0.5-2% maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene wax in twin-roller plastic mixer, mixing at 170-185℃, for 20-40 minutes, injecting and molding. USE - Synthesis of polyethylene wax-graphene modified polypropylene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process uses polyethylene wax as compatilizer to improve the dispersibility and compatibility of graphene in polypropylene and has excellent improvement effect on comprehensive properties such as thermal stability of a polypropylene material, and uses aminophenylphosphoryl bisaminotriazole modified graphene as a graphene-nitrogen-phosphorus synergistic flame retardant and is thermally cracked to form stable expanded carbon layer during combustion to cover the surface of a material substrate, and has flame retardant effects of heat insulation, oxygen isolation and smoke suppression.
