NOVELTY - Graphene/nano-iron composite modified epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating material comprises A component and B component, where the component A includes: 4-50 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-15 pts. wt. emulsifier, 10-40 pts. wt. water; and component B includes 30 pts. wt. polyamide , 1-2 pts. wt. nano-iron particles, 10-30 pts. wt. water; the graphene dispersion is obtained by mixing graphene, dispersant and water; the graphene in the graphene dispersion accounts for 0.05-1%. USE - Used as graphene/nano-iron composite modified epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating material. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion coating formed when the graphene/nano-iron composite modified epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating material is coated on the surface of the protected structure, can effectively inhibit the infiltration, penetration and diffusion of the corrosive medium, has good coating mechanical properties, and can repair the structural integrity of the coating and effectively improve the corrosion resistance.
