▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Diamond tool comprises 70-90 pts. wt. metal binding agent, 9-20 pts. wt. diamond grinding material and 1-10 pts. wt. nano-reinforced material. The metal binding agent uses iron powder and aluminum powder as raw materials in a mass ratio of 7:1-1:1. The nano-reinforced material comprises nano-diamond, carbon nano-onion, nano-graphene and/or carbon nano-tube. USE - The diamond tool is used for various hard and brittle processing, e.g. ceramic, glass, concrete, and stone. ADVANTAGE - The diamond tool uses simple and low cost of iron powder and aluminum powder as the raw material of the binding agent, the iron powder and aluminum powder are mechanically alloyed according to a certain proportion, at the same time, a nano-reinforced material is added, in the sintering process. The type and content of the alloy element is reduced, the risk of heavy metal pollution and material cost is reduced. The density of the bonding agent is reduced and the obtained metal binding agent has excellent mechanical property. The prepared diamond tool has excellent processing performance.
