NOVELTY - Polytetrafluoroethylene nanofiber comprises 100 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene resin, 3-8 pts. wt. interface additive, and 5-15 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - The polytetrafluoroethylene nanofiber is useful in composition of nano-scale fiber. ADVANTAGE - The polytetrafluoroethylene nanofiber can directly prepare efficient filter material, on the basis of maintaining PM 2.5 interception rate at 99%, has improved flux of filter material, reduces wind resistance consumption and improving long-term use stability of filter material. The method is capable of inducing the polymer sliding of the molecular chain more easily occurs intermolecular interface under the action of stretching and sintering, and generating more fibrillation and nano-scale fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing polytetrafluoroethylene nanofiber.
