NOVELTY - A flexible steering wheel protecting layer sheath material comprises graphene oxide, hydrazine hydrate, poly- epsilon -caprolactone diol, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, trifluoropropyl methyl cyclotrisiloxane, tetramethyldisiloxane, sulfuric acid, toluene diisocyanate, butyl acetate, 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, benzyltriethylammonium bromide, microcrystalline wax, dry casein, calcium propionate, tetradecanol oleate, ammonium sulfate and polyvinyl chloride. USE - Flexible steering wheel protecting layer sheath material. ADVANTAGE - The material is environment-friendly, has high surface strength, good flexibility, easy to wear and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A flexible steering wheel protecting layer sheath material comprises 10-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 170-180 pts. wt. poly- epsilon -caprolactone diol, 5-6 pts. wt. octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 2.5-3 pts. wt. trifluoropropyl methyl cyclotrisiloxane, 0.8-1 pt. wt. tetramethyldisiloxane, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. of 95-98 wt.% sulfuric acid, 120-130 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 10-14 pts. wt. butyl acetate, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, 1-2 pts. wt. benzyltriethylammonium bromide, 4-6 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 0.5-1 pt. wt. dry casein, 2-3 pts. wt. calcium propionate, 5-7 pts. wt. tetradecanol oleate, 2-3 pts. wt. ammonium sulfate and 20-27 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flexible steering wheel protecting layer sheath material comprising taking 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, adding 5-6 times N,N-dimethylformamide, stirring, taking graphene oxide, adding 100-120 times deionized water, dispersing for 3-5 minutes, regulating pH value to 10-12, adding prepared raw material, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding hydrazine hydrate, heating at - 80 degrees C for 20-24 hours, washing product with deionized water and acetone, neutralizing, drying, obtaining modified graphene, taking microcrystalline wax and dry casein, adding 14-15 times of 50-60 wt.% ethanol solution, stirring, adding polyvinyl chloride, heating at 130-135 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes, cooling, obtaining modified polyvinyl solution, taking benzyltriethylammonium bromide, adding 6-10 times deionized water, ammonium sulfate and calcium propionate, stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 17-20 minutes, adding modified polyvinyl solution, stirring, adding tetradecanol oleate and 3-4 wt.% toluene diisocyanate, stirring for 1-2 hours at rate of 200-300 revolutions/minute, dehydrating, taking octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and tetramethyldisiloxane, stirring at 30-40 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding sulfuric acid, raising temperature to 50-90 degrees C for 4-5 hours, cooling, adjusting pH value to 6-7, filtering, adding poly- epsilon -caprolactone diol, stirring, stirring at 60-65 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding prepared raw materials, remaining toluene diisocyanate and butyl acetate, stirring at 80-85 degrees C for 3-4 hours, adding remaining raw materials, stirring, filtering, and drying.
