NOVELTY - Preparing roll-to-roll automatic graphene/epoxy resin composite film involves irradiating polyimide paper with two energy different carbon dioxide lasers and irradiating upper and lower portions of the polyimide paper with a laser beam, the higher-energy laser beam converts the polyimide paper photo thermally into a continuous graphene film, then dipping the graphene film in the epoxy resin solution, obtaining the graphene film coated with polymer on the surface, and forming the high-graphene content of the graphene. USE - Method for preparing roll-to-roll automatic graphene/epoxy resin composite film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/epoxy resin composite film has ensured the continuous graphene on the body phase to avoid the problem that the traditional graphene powder is not continuous and difficult to disperse, easy to carry out the method, and the technical route has simple and low cost.
