▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyvinylidene fluoride submicron fine fiber film comprises (i) dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride, silicon carbide and graphene oxide in dimethylsiloxane, heating to 70℃ and stirring for 6-8 hours, adding tetrahydrofuran at normal temperature and stirring for 18-20 hours, and stirring to obtain polyvinylidene fluoride solution; (ii) adding the polyvinylidene fluoride solution into needle tube, placing on the electrostatic spinning machine for electrostatic spinning, receiving the sprayed polyvinylidene fluoride nano-film by the receiving roller, and placing the polyvinylidene fluoride nano-film obtained by spinning in the oven and drying to obtain polyvinylidene fluoride submicron fiber film; and (iii) heating and stretching the polyvinylidene fluoride submicron fiber film obtained in the step (ii). USE - The fiber is useful for nano-piezoelectric generator, battery diaphragm, mask production, air purifier filter core, facial mask cloth, nano fiber film water purifier and haze-proof window. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the fiber film has good mechanical property, thermal conductivity, and excellent piezoelectric characteristics.
