NOVELTY - The method involves printing a mask pattern on the surface of the polyimide film, reducing the surface of the polyimide film with hydrogen peroxide and removing the printing toner with an acetone solution to form a silver electrode. A wire is connected on the silver electrode and dried. A silver electrode polyimide film is formed. The graphene carbon nanotube composite film sensor is formed, the composite film is selected and cut into the same size as the silver electrode polyimide film. The composite film sensor is formed by coating a silver electrode polyimide film with a silver electrode polyimide film by a high temperature resistant polyester film.
