NOVELTY - The constant temperature control device comprises a shell, a heat conductor (2) which is installed in the shell and provided with at least one placing cavity (3) for placing the detection tube, a heating element for heating the heat conductor, and a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the heat conductor. A temperature control circuit (5) is connected to the temperature sensor and the heating element respectively, and is used to control the operation of the heating element according to the temperature fed back by the temperature sensor. The shell is made of temperature-resistant material. The heating element comprises a heating sheet, and the heating surface of the heating sheet contacts the heat conductor. The heating sheet is an electric heating film. The heating sheet is installed on the heat conductor through bolts, and an insulating gasket is arranged between the heating sheet and the bolts. USE - The constant temperature control device is used for nucleic acid isothermal amplification detection. ADVANTAGE - The device has excellent constant temperature effect and fast detection speed, and is convenient to use.
