NOVELTY - A soft plastic packaging material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 60-70 pts. wt. linear low-density polyethylene, 50-70 pts. wt. polypropylene, 4-6 pts. wt. phthalic acid, 4-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 2-4 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. glass fiber, 4-6 pts. wt. styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, 4-6 pts. wt. zirconium dioxide and 1-3 pts. wt. fireproof flame retardant. USE - As soft plastic packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The soft plastic packaging material has good fire resistance, wear resistance, toughness and antistatic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of soft plastic packaging material. The method involves adding the raw materials into a mixer, followed by stirring and mixing, heating until the temperature reaches 120degrees Celsius, and then stirring for 3-6 minutes. The raw materials are then naturally cooled below 60degrees Celsius, allowed to stand for at least 2 hours, and then taken out, dried at 100-120degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours. The dried raw materials are added into a double-screw extruder, heated to 300-420degrees Celsius, followed by performing extrusion granulation with screw rotation speed 80-120 rotations/minute.
