▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of hexagonal-boron nitride/hydroquinone/graphene oxide heat-conducting composite material involves (s1) preparing eutectic solution, (s2) preparing dispersion liquid, and performing high-speed shearing stress treatment of the dispersion liquid, (s3) performing high-speed shearing stress treatment of the obtained product in the step (s2) to obtain nano hexagonal-boron nitride, (s4) preparing hydroxylated nano hexagonal-boron nitride, and (s5) preparing hexagonal-boron nitride/hydroquinone/graphene oxide heat-conducting composite material. USE - Preparation of hexagonal-boron nitride/hydroquinone/graphene oxide heat-conducting composite material used as filler for resin-based composite material and as heat conductivity reference of modified organic compounds from perspective of molecular structure. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved heat conductivity.
