▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of binder involves (S1) uniformly dispersing cellulose in 18-22 wt.% lithium hydroxide solution, stirring and placing at -5℃ to -10℃ for 5-10 minutes, taking out, adding 30-38 wt.% urea aqueous solution, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes at room temperature, and repeating for 1-3 times to obtain a solution (A), (S2) adding polyvinyl alcohol into deionized water in a mass-volume ratio of (1-2) g:(12-20) mL to obtain polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, stirring, adding modified graphene oxide, adding the solution (A), and stirring for 30-50 minutes at 90-95℃ to obtain a mixed solution (B), and (S3) transferring the mixed solution (B) into PTFE mold, and freeze-thaw circulating for 3-8 times. USE - Preparation of binder for lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method provides binder having excellent conductivity, and improves the charging and discharging performance of electrode sheet.
