NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-modified cetuximab composition comprises cetuximab and graphene oxide. The cetuximab and graphene oxide are linked by non-covalent bonding. The graphene oxide has particle size of less than 0.22 m. USE - The graphene oxide-modified cetuximab composition is useful in preparation of medicament for treating glioma (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for producing graphene oxide-modified cetuximab composition, which involves adding cetuximab and graphene oxide to solution comprising 50% phosphate buffer, and shaking the mixture at 4-40 degrees C for 2-24 hours.
