NOVELTY - A chinlon FDY oiling agent comprises 30-50 pts. wt. emulsifier, 10-30 pts. wt. smoothing agent, 10-35 pts. wt. sizing agent, 9-11 pts. wt. water, 1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, and 1-3 pts. wt. high-efficiency composite dispersant. USE - Chinlon FDY oiling agent. ADVANTAGE - The oiling agent has excellent heat resistance, smoothness, and antistatic property, enhances the holding force between the tows, reduces friction coefficient, hairiness, and thread breakage during production, has physical index meeting the national standards, enables high-speed spinning, and can be prepared by a simple method with stable product performance and high yield.
