NOVELTY - A graphene high-physical property synthetic leather comprises dyed crust leather, graphene powder, concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate, polyurethane prepolymer, hydroxy-modified graphene monomer, salt forming agent and deionized water. USE - Graphene high-physical property synthetic leather. ADVANTAGE - The product has improved abrasion resistance and scratch resistance, has strong resistance to hydrolysis, has enhanced antibacterial and antifungal properties against Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli and mixed molds, has antibacterial rate of not greater than 99%, and mildew resistance of 1-0. The device provides even heating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the: (1) preparation of graphene high-physical property synthetic leather comprising mixing graphene powder, concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, performing hydrophilic modification, carrying out lipophilic modification, introducing active group, obtaining modified graphene monomer, heating polyester or polyether polyol and small molecule chain extender at 50 degrees C, adding isocyanate and catalyst, heating and stirring at 70 degrees C for 2 hours, raising temperature to 75 degrees C, adding chain extension agent, reacting, obtaining polyurethane prepolymer, mixing with modified graphene monomer, reactimg at 50 degrees C for 1 hour, adding salt forming agent, neutralizing for 30 minutes, adding deionized water, stirring, emulsifying, obtaining aqueous polyurethane emulsion coating, and finishing; and (2) graphene high-physical property synthetic leather preparation device.
