▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high thermal conductive nanocarbon copper foil is produced by pouring 5-40 wt.% resin into 60-95 wt.% polar solvent, stirring at room temperature for 0.5-2 hours to obtain binder, mixing 1-20 wt.% graphene, 1-15 wt.% carbon nanotubes, 1-20 wt.% silicon carbide, and 2-25 wt.% boron nitride, adding 4-25 wt.% polar solvent, stirring at room temperature for 0.5-3 hours, adding 5-20 wt.% binder, stirring for 2-8 hours, cooling, uniformly applying on foil surface, heating, and drying. USE - Method for producing high thermal conductive nanocarbon copper foil (claimed).
