▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Grapheme production involves preparing graphite (S10), oxidizing (S20) graphite, subjecting (S30) the graphite oxide to thermal plasma treatment, and then exfoliating grapheme. USE - Method for producing grapheme. ADVANTAGE - The method produces grapheme in a simple, precise and cost-effective manner by omitting additional reduction process and defect removing process to improve product productivity. The produced grapheme can be peeled effectively by increasing distance between graphene layers, and enables to bond metal nanoparticles onto surface of the graphene via thermal plasma treatment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene fabrication system, which comprises a thermal plasma generator, a thermal plasma processing unit installed at one side of the thermal plasma generating unit and thermally plasma-processed with the supplied graphite oxide, a filter unit for selectively filtering the thermal plasma treated graphite, and a collector for collecting the thermal plasma treated graphite.
