▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Lithium-ion battery anode materials comprise tin-titanium-carbon composite. The anode material elements are: 5-94.8 wt.% tin, 0.2-10 wt.% titanium, and 5-94.8 wt.% carbon. USE - Used as a lithium-ion battery anode materials. ADVANTAGE - The method: reduces tin oxide and titanium dioxide to tin/titanium alloy by high-temperature reduction method to form titanium carbide compound at the contact interface between tin and carbon material, and the final tin/titanium/carbon composite material after rapid cooling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing lithium-ion battery anode material comprising (S1), adding the carbon material into the deionized water solution and sonicating for 30-60 minutes, (S2), adding tin precursor and titanium precursor in the solution of ultrasonication, stirring for 24 hours, (S3), using deionized water and ethanol to centrifuge and washing the original sample, and drying it in a vacuum oven at 80°C for 12 hours, and (S4), annealing the dried material at a high temperature in a reducing gas environment for 1-5 hours, and rapidly cooling down to obtain the final tin/titanium/carbon material.
