NOVELTY - Long-term anti-corrosion graphene modified water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer comprises A component and B component, where A component is comprised of 2.2-3 wt.% modified fatty amine water-based epoxy curing agent, 3-5 wt.% water-based polyamidoamine epoxy curing agent, 2-4 wt.% coalescent auxiliary agent 1, 1-3 wt.% coalescence auxiliary agent 2, 24-30 wt.% 800 mesh spherical zinc powder, 40-50 wt.% 1000 mesh flake zinc powder, 6-10 wt.% composite filler, 0.1-0.5 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoamer, 1-1.4 wt.% anti-settling agent 1, 1-1.8 wt.% anti-settling 2, 0.8-1.2 wt.% anti-settling agent 3, and 3.6-6.4 wt.% other components; the B component is comprised of 70-82 wt.% epoxy emulsion, 15-25 wt.% graphene water-based slurry, 1-3 wt.% anti-flash rust agent, 0.2-0.8 wt.% thickener, and 1-2 wt.% water and other components. USE - The long-acting anti-graphene modified aqueous epoxy zinc-rich primer is useful for protecting steel and for cathodic protection. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous epoxy zinc-rich primer has good storage stability, excellent salt mist resistance, strong adhesion, good impact resistance, high hardness, good water resistance, and strong anti-flow property; is economical, healthy and environmentally-friendly; and contains low volatile organic compounds content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing long-term anti-corrosion graphene modified water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer, comprising (i) adding modified fatty amine water-based epoxy curing agent, water-based polyamidoamine epoxy curing agent, film-forming auxiliary agent 1, film-forming auxiliary agent 2, 800 mesh spherical zinc powder, 1000 mesh flake zinc powder, composite filler, dispersant, defoamer, anti-settling agent 1, anti-settling agent 2, anti-settling agent 3, and other components, dispersing at 1200-1500 revolutions/minute until the fineness of the finished product is ≤ 50 um and the viscosity is 100-150 s, i.e. A component, (ii) adding epoxy emulsion, graphene water-based slurry, anti-flash rust agent, thickener and water into the dispersion tank, dispersing evenly at 800-1000 revolutions/minute, filtering and packing to obtain B component, and (iii) mixing component A and B component according to the weight ratio of 3:1, and let it stand for a while.
