▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite scaffold comprises three-dimensional graphene foam and natural polysaccharide-based hydrogel filled in the pores of graphene foam and is tightly combined with graphene skeleton in three-dimensional graphene foam to form a three-dimensional network structure. USE - Composite scaffold used for culturing cells such as mesenchymal stem cells, fibroblasts, cardiomyocytes and osteoblasts (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces composite scaffold having excellent electrical conductivity and adheres and spreads to the cells when applied to cell culture. The composite scaffold grows and regulates cell behavior through chemically bonded biological factors and utilizes natural polysaccharide-based hydrogel which improves the toughness of the three-dimensional graphene foam. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite scaffold which involves providing three-dimensional graphene foam, performing double-bonding modification on natural polysaccharide to obtain natural polysaccharide cross-linking agent, mixing natural polysaccharide crosslinking agent and photoinitiator, adding to three-dimensional graphene foam and reacting under UV light.
