NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-coated silk composite material involves preparing 1-100 g/L dopamine tris-hydrochloric acid buffer to adjust the pH value to 8.5, soaking Salix Cellulose in the buffer for 24 hours at a bath ratio of 1:50 at room temperature, then repeated washing with deionized water to obtain polydamine modified Salix Cellulos. The silk protein is dissolved in deionized water to prepare an aqueous solution of 1 g/L to 100 g/L, and the aqueous ferric salt solution of 1 g/L to 100 g/L is slowly dripped into the silk fibroin solution at 50-80 degrees C and stirred. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-coated silk composite material (claimed) used in adsorption material, photocatalysis, biological materials, medical materials. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide-coated silk composite material, which is cost effective and has potential applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide-coated silk composite material involves preparing 1-100 g/L dopamine tris-hydrochloric acid buffer to adjust the pH value to 8.5, soaking Salix Cellulose in the buffer for 24 hours at a bath ratio of 1:50 at room temperature, then repeated washing with deionized water to obtain polydamine modified Salix Cellulos. The silk protein is dissolved in deionized water to prepare an aqueous solution of 1 g/L to 100 g/L, and the aqueous ferric salt solution of 1 g/L to 100 g/L is slowly dripped into the silk fibroin solution at 50-80 degrees C and stirred. The silk protein and ferric salt mass ratio is 1: 1-10: 1, and 30 drops / min of 1-5 wt.% calcium chloride solution is added to adjust the pH to 10- 12 and stirred at 60 degrees C for 1h. A poly dopamine modified Salix is added, ultrasonically mixed, added into the mold, and placed into the liquid nitrogen for 1min, then placed in -20 degrees C freezer for pre-freezing for 6h, then placed at -80 degrees C in Thermo cryogenic refrigerator freezer for 6h, then placed in a freeze-dryer for 48h to obtain a magnetic porous composite material. A graphene oxide aqueous solution is prepared with with a concentration of 1 to 100 g/L and sonicated for 1 hour, then magnetic porous composite material is immersed in the graphene oxide aqueous solution for 1 to 12 hours at a liquor ratio of 1:50, removed and washed with ethanol and deionized water repeatedly, then vacuum-dried to obtain graphene oxide-coated silk composite material.
