▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite asphalt-based activated carbon preparation involves mixing melted matrix pitch and oxidized graphene to obtain a mixture. The obtained mixture is subjected to coking reduction under an inert gas or nitrogen condition to obtain a mixed coke. The obtained mixed coke is crushed and re-mixed with the base under inert gas or nitrogen conditions to obtain a semi-finished product. The obtained semi-finished product is washed and dried, and then subjected to heat treatment under condition of a protective gas to obtain the composite type pitch-based activated carbon. USE - Method for preparing composite asphalt-based activated carbon used for manufacturing super capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the composite asphalt-based activated carbon in a simple and cost-effective manner with reasonable pore diameter distribution, large specific surface area, low internal resistance, high capacity, low impurity and low oxygen-containing functional group, and better performance.
