▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-nanofilter net (110) comprises graphene (111) having hexagonal grid structure with size of more than 0.1 nm and less than 0.2 nm, and an air gap (112) to pass fluid. Thr air gap having size of more than 1 nm and less than 100 nm, is produced by etching a portion of the graphene. The air gap filters particles having size of more than 1 nm in the fluid. USE - Net is used for manufacturing graphene nanofilter (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene nanofilter; and (2) manufacture of graphene nanofilter.
