NOVELTY - A conformable acoustic sensor comprises a graphene oxide body, where the graphene oxide body is provided with a conductive film and the surface of the conductive film is structured like a hierarchical microstructure of a lotus leaf surface texture. ADVANTAGE - The conformable acoustic sensor accurately recognizes a voice in a noisy environment by detecting a vibration of a vocal cord when the human body sounds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a conformable acoustic sensor, which involves drawing a conductive film pattern on the surface of the graphene oxide body by a femto second laser pulse and femtosecond laser induced thermal decomposition of the polydimethylsiloxane elastomer, constructing a hierarchical microstructure similar to the texture of the lotus leaf surface on the surface of the optical film, photo-reducing the surface of the graphene oxide body by a femtosecond laser to remove the embedded hydrophilic oxygen-containing functional group, imitating a crack-shaped structure on the spider leg and engraving set of micro-cracks on the conductive film and forming a serrated crack and a multi-level crack gap.
