NOVELTY - Alkali lignin-data line comprises 100-104 pts. wt. styrene ethylene butylene styrene, 65-68 pts. wt. stearic acid, 65-68 pts. wt. polypropylene, 29-31 pts. wt. polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride, 21-23 pts. wt. antioxidant B215, 81-83 pts. wt. magnesium, 4.3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1.6-1.7 pts. wt. silane coupling agent A-171, 8-9 pts. wt. absolute ethyl alcohol, 4-5 pts. wt. polyethylene adipate, 3-4 pts. wt. silicone oil, 14-16 pts. wt. alkali lignin and proper sulfuric acid with the concentration of 10%. USE - Alkali lignin-data line. ADVANTAGE - The alkali lignin-data line is eco-friendly and cost-effective, and has improved aging resistance property and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing alkali lignin-data line, which involves: (A) drying magnesium hydroxide in a blast drying box at 110 degrees C for 4 hours; (B) adding silane coupling agent A-171 into absolute ethyl alcohol; (C) stirring the obtained mixture at 500 rotations per minute for 30 minutes; (D) adding magnesium hydroxide in the obtained mixture; (E) sending the obtained mixture in a high speed mixer; (F) adding graphene in the obtained mixture; (G) stirring the obtained mixture at 2000 rotations per minute; (H) drying the obtained mixture at 110 degrees C for 3 hours; (I) adding styrene ethylene butylene styrene, polypropylene and polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride in a drying box at 80 degrees C for 4 hours; (J) stirring the obtained mixture at 1000 rotations per minute for 20 minutes; (K) standing the obtained mixture for 12 hours; (L) plasticating the obtained mixture at 170 degrees C for 10 minutes; (M) adding styrene ethylene butylene styrene and antioxidant B215 in the obtained mixture; (N) stirring the obtained mixture for 20 minutes; (O) drying the obtained mixture for 2 hours; (P) adding alkali lignin in a reaction kettle; (Q) adding 10% sulfuric acid until the pH is 7; (R) dring the obtained mixture at 70 degrees C for 12 hours; (S) crushing the obtained mixture through 200 item sieve; (T) adding polyethylene glycol adipate in the obtained mixture; (U) feeding the obtained mixture in a double screw extruder; (V) adding remaining components in the obtained mixture; (W) stirring the obtained mixture at 170 degrees C for 20 minutes with rotation speed of 500r/min; (X) vulcanizing the obtained mixture at 180 degrees C at room temperature; (Y) extruding the obtained mixture; (Z) granulating the obtained mixture; and (() drying the obtained mixture at 80 degrees C for 4 hours.
