NOVELTY - Electrical device comprises graphene layer that is formed at upper side of a carbon nanotube layer, where the carbon nanotube layer is formed at upper side of an elastomer. The cross-linking bridge is formed with the carbon nanotube layer. USE - Electrical device. ADVANTAGE - The electrical device is simple and efficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing electrical device, which involves: (A) forming the graphene layer at upper side of a carbon nanotube layer; (B) forming the carbon nanotube layer at upper side of an elastomer; and (C) forming the cross-linking bridge with the carbon nanotube layer.
