▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Thermal underwear comprises foam cotton fiber/graphene composite and an untreated cotton fiber. The mass ratio of foam cotton fiber/graphene composite and an untreated cotton fiber is 40-100:100. USE - Thermal underwear. ADVANTAGE - The thermal underwear has good insulating effect, good air permeability, good water absorption, antistatic and has antibacterial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing thermal underwear, which involves : (A) dipping cotton fiber in acetone solution then placing in strong alkali solution at 80-90 degrees C; (B) rinsing with deionized water with acid; (C) blowing dry; (D) mixing immersed cotton fiber in aqueous solution containing graphene oxide with stirring to obtain mixed solution; (E) pouring obtained mixed solution into a gauze; (F) extruding to remove excess moisture; (G) mixing extruded solution with alkaline solution with stirring at room temperature to obtain mixture; (H) transferring obtained mixture into an high pressure kettle; (I) reacting hydrothermally to obtain cotton fiber/graphene composite; (J) dissolving obtained cotton fiber/graphene composite in liquid nitrogen, then placed in vacuum refrigerator; (K) freezing; (L) drying to obtain loose porous foam cotton fiber/graphene composite; (M) blending obtained loose porous foamed cotton fiber/graphene composite with untreated cotton fibers; (N) aweaving; (O) cutting; and (P) sewing to obtain thermal underwear.
