NOVELTY - Nano heat dissipation coating comprises 5-15 pts. wt. nano metal, 15-30 pts. wt. binder, 15-25 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 5-15 pts. wt. nano alumina, 40-80 pts. wt. toluene, 30-50 pts. wt. insulating filler, 30-60 pts. wt. thermal curing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. defoamer, and 3-8 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - Used as nano heat dissipation coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating reaches thermal conductivity of 63 W/(m.k), breakdown strength of 356.4KV/mm, and adhesion of the coating to 1.87 N/inch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nano heat dissipation coating, comprising adding nano copper, nano iron, nano calcium carbonate, insulating filler, nano alumina into toluene, stirring and heating to 50-60 degrees C and insulating for 0.5-1 hours to obtain sol system, adding the binder, curing agent, dispersant, defoaming agent, and surfactant, stirring and heating to 60-70 degrees C, insulating for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature to obtain nano heat dissipation coating.
