NOVELTY - Preparation of high-quality graphene thin film comprises adding graphene powder or agglomeration slurry into small molecular amine compound solution, dispersing, and coating dispersion or slurry on surface of the base material. The small molecular amine compound is unsaturated amine, polyamine, unsaturated acid amide low molecular weight; and the graphene concentration is less than 3%.
