NOVELTY - A hollow glass modified white graphene composite butyl sealant comprises base rubber and additive. The base rubber comprises 20-60 pts. wt. butyl rubber and 30-70 pts. wt. polyisobutylene. The additive comprises 5-30 pts. wt. tackifier, 5-20 pts. wt. softening agent, 0.1-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.01-5 pts. wt. modified white graphene, 10-50 pts. wt. reinforcing filler and 0.01-5 pts. wt. antioxidant. The butyl rubber has a Mooney viscosity of 20-80. The polyisobutylene has a number average molecular weight of 10000-80000. USE - Hollow glass modified white graphene composite butyl sealant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hollow glass modified white graphene composite butyl sealant is environmentally-friendly. The sealing performance of the hollow glass can be enhanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for sealing modified white graphene composite butyl sealant for hollow glass, which involves (i) immersing 1-10 pts. wt. white graphene in a 0.1 wt.% surfactant for 24 hours, performing centrifugation, vacuum drying to obtain modified white stone graphene powder, (ii) weighing butyl rubber and polyisobutylene, adding in a vacuum kneader, kneading the mixture at 90-150 degrees C for 30-150 minutes to obtain a uniform base rubber component, (iii) weighing certain amount of tackifier, softening agent, silane coupling agent, modified white graphene powder, reinforcing filler and antioxidant, adding to the base rubber component, mixing, stirring the mixture in a vacuum kneader, maintaining the vacuum pressure to 0.09 MPa, stirring the mixture at 90-150 degrees C for 30-120 minutes to obtain modified white graphene composite butyl sealant for hollow glass, (iv) treating the hollow glass with modified white graphene composite butyl sealant by passing into hot melt extruder, evenly coating around the edge of the fire-resistant glass, controlling the extrusion temperature to 100-150 degrees C to achieve the desired sealing effect.
