NOVELTY - The method involves providing surface enrichment charged ionic group of graphene and a surface enriched charge carbon nano-tube. A charged ionic group is electrically connected with a surface of carbon nanotube enrichment with specific charge of the graphene added in polar solvent. Mixed solution is dried to obtain graphene carbon nanometre tube compound material. Graphite-carbon nano-tube composite material and adhesive are equally mixed with specific ratio to make paste. A bonding agent is provided with polyvinylidene fluoride. USE - Method for preparing graphene-carbon nano-tube composite material super electro-chemical capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving super capacitor producing efficiency by taking ionic liquid as electrolyte.
