NOVELTY - A nanofiber material comprises graphene oxide, polyacrylonitrile and polymethyl methacrylate. The nanofiber material is prepared by solution spray spinning technology. The concentration of graphene oxide is 5-8 wt%. The weight ratio of polyacrylonitrile and polymethyl methacrylate is 1-10:10-1. The fiber diameter is 30-500 nm, and the fiber specific surface area is 150-185 m2/g. USE - Nanofiber material for filtering heavy metal ions from industrial wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The nanofibers with high specific surface area, fine fiber diameter and high stability are prepared by solution spray spinning technology. The nanofibers have excellent filtration adsorption effect with respect to heavy metal ions in industrial wastewater. The method enables preparation of nanofiber material for filtering heavy metal ions with high production efficiency, low production cost and simple process. The fiber diameter is evenly distributed, and the filtration and adsorption efficiency against heavy metal ions is high, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of heavy metal ion nanofiber material for filtration, which involves (1) weighing polyacrylonitrile and polymethyl methacrylate by weight ratio 1-10:10-1, vacuum drying, adding polyacrylonitrile and polymethyl methacrylate to the organic solvent, ultrasonically stirring at 45 degrees C until the mixture is uniform, adding 5-8 wt% graphene oxide and ultrasonically stirring to obtain a uniform dispersion to obtain polymer solution, the organic solvent is dimethyl sulfoxide, ethyl acetate, acetone, and N,N-dimethylformamide, (2) metering obtained polymer solution by a metering pump, supplying into a spinneret, extruding the polymer spinning solution from the orifice to form a fine stream, using jet stream at the same time to spray and stretch the fine stream at high speed and obtaining polyacrylonitrile and polymethyl methacrylate nanofibers deposited on the substrate, the gas flow pressure is 50-80 psi and (3) subjecting the prepared nanofibers to high-temperature heat stabilization treatment.
