NOVELTY - A heat-resistant high-strength aluminum alloy material comprises 5-16.3 wt.% silicon, 0.18-0.65 wt.% iron, 3.3-7.2 wt.% copper, 0.4-0.6 wt.% manganese, 6.2-13.8 wt.% tantalum carbide, 0.8-3.6 wt.% graphene, 0.25-0.63 wt.% zinc, 0.08-0.5 wt.% titanium, 0.04-0.25 wt.% chromium, and remaining aluminum and inevitable impurities. The heat-resistant high-strength aluminum alloy material is prepared by smelting raw materials containing aluminum, silicon, iron, manganese, zinc, titanium, chromium and tantalum carbide-graphene-copper aluminum intermediate alloy.
