NOVELTY - The invention relates to an intelligent efficient organic fertilizer fermenting system, comprising a fermentation tank, an energy storage tank and a solar heat exchange device; the fermentation tank is provided with a radiator group; the solar heat exchange device is provided with an inclined heat collecting frame opposite to the sunshine; the upper part of the inclined heat collecting frame is fixedly connected with multiple solar heat collecting pipes; the multiple solar heat collecting pipes are connected with the heat collecting collecting box; the upper end of the heat collecting collecting box is provided with a hot water temperature detector; the lower end is provided with a return water temperature detector; the inclined heat collecting frame is provided with a graphene electric heat exchanger and an intelligent controller; the water inlet end of the graphene electric heat exchanger is connected to the upper end of the first circulating pump through pipeline; the water outlet end of the graphene electric heat exchanger is connected to the end of the first circulating pump through pipeline; the first circulating pump is connected with the water inlet end of the energy storage tank and the water inlet end of the radiator set through the pipeline; the lower end of the heat collecting confluence box is connected with the water return end of the energy storage tank and the water return end of the radiator set through the pipeline.
