NOVELTY - Highly conductive plastic master batch comprises conductive particles and plastic particles in a mass ratio of 0.01-0.5:1, where conductive particles including conductive fillers and lubricants in a mass ratio of 1:0.01-0.5, which are mixed, compacted and granulated. USE - The master batch is useful for preparing conductive plastic particles (claimed) and downstream products. ADVANTAGE - The master batch: has stable bonding between conductive fillers, conductivity and stable performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the highly conductive plastic master batch, comprising preparing conductive particles including uniformly mixing conductive filler and lubricant according to above mentioned mass ratio, compacting and granulating, and preparing highly conductive plastic master batch including uniformly mixing conductive particles and the plastic particles according to above mentioned mass ratio, melting and extruding and granulating; and (2) a conductive plastic particle, comprising highly conductive plastic master batch and plastic particles in a mass ratio of 0.1-2:1, where the highly conductive plastic master batch prepared by above mentioned method.
